Our flock of laying hens and their egg mobile follow our cows and sheep as they graze our pasture. They help distribute nutrients back to the soil while also hunting grasshoppers and other bugs. They help keep our pasture clean and build our soil. We offer our hens non-GMO laying pellets and all the grit they want. Because they do forage for so much of their food, the eggs they produce are unmatched, with deep orange yolks and no chemical washes. Happy hens produce healthier eggs, it's just that simple.
